GIE is a family-run business trading as GIE Outdoor, supplying furniture to retailers across Ireland and the UK, as well as offering selected products for direct sale to the public.

4. Pricing & Errors
All prices are displayed in GBP (or EUR where applicable) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
While we aim for accuracy, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price.
5. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive confirmation that your order has been received. This does not constitute acceptance.
An order is only accepted once:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We use secure payment processing systems. We do not store full payment details.
7. Delivery
We offer delivery throughout Ireland and the UK.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Any damage, missing items, or issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Returns & Cancellations
Consumer Purchases (Distance Selling)
If you purchase online or remotely, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

You must notify us within the 14-day period
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
9. Wholesale & Stockists
GIE primarily operates as a wholesale supplier.

Many products are available through authorised retail stockists

We are happy to direct customers to their nearest stockist
For garden furniture, we offer direct sales to the public.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIE shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, business, or opportunity
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
